Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and control the progress of road and building construction projects, managing human and material resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of civil and road construction projects. 2. Management of technical, physical, and human resources on construction sites. 3. Inspection of construction sites to identify defects and hazards. A Civil Engineering firm requires a Civil Works Technician / Construction Management Technician for its team, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in road construction / civil works projects to ensure execution of earthworks, slope stabilization, and bridge construction activities; efficient utilization of technical, physical, and human resources in accordance with the client's stipulated specifications; and competencies in teamwork, conflict resolution, resource management, and time management. · Responsibilities: - Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the progress of road infrastructure and building construction projects according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. - Supervise, coordinate, and schedule required human resources and materials for construction, installation, and repair of buildings. Inspect construction or renovation sites of buildings and other structures to detect and report structural defects, fire hazards, and safety threats. - And others. · Salary: Between 2 and 4 SMMLV + statutory benefits + benefits agreed upon with the employer Contract Type: Project-based or Labor Contract Academic Level: Civil Works Technician or related field.
