Job Summary: We are seeking traffic controllers to maintain order, safety, and fluidity of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, prevent accidents, and ensure compliance with traffic regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain traffic order, safety, and flow 2. Prevent accidents and ensure compliance with traffic regulations 3. Inform and guide drivers and pedestrians A civil engineering services company and contractor for the Ituango Hydroelectric Project requires traffic controllers, with or without prior experience in this role, to maintain order, safety, and fluidity of vehicular and pedestrian traffic through traffic regulation, guidance, and control, thereby contributing to accident prevention and compliance with current traffic regulations; properly signposting risk zones, detours, and roadwork areas; informing and guiding drivers and pedestrians on routes, regulations, and road conditions; among other duties; possessing competencies in following instructions, teamwork, and assertive communication. · Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) + statutory benefits Academic Level: Primary education Years of Experience: Not required Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
