Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, maintain order and hygiene, and collaborate effectively within the team with a positive attitude and strong service orientation. Teamwork and service orientation VACANCY – KITCHEN ASSISTANT Experience * Minimum **3 to 6 months of experience**, preferably verifiable, as a kitchen assistant or in related roles. * A **positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork skills, and service orientation** will be highly valued. Academic Level * Not applicable. Salary * **$1,750,905 monthly**, plus statutory benefits. Induction Process * A paid induction process will be conducted during the first **15 days**. * A payment of **$58,500 per work shift** will be provided during this period. * Upon completion of induction and once the contract is signed, the employee will receive the established monthly salary. Schedule * **Sunday to Sunday**, with one (1) compensatory day off during the week. * Rotating shifts according to scheduling: **Opening:** 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Closing:** 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Immediate availability and flexibility to work assigned shifts are required. Contract Type * Initially, a **15-day paid induction period** will be conducted. * Subsequently, a **fixed-term contract** will be signed, including a **3-month probationary period**. Work Location **Bogotá D.C.** Staff may rotate among the following sales locations: * Mallplaza * Metrópolis * Santa Ana * Plaza Central * Bulevar Niza Main Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation and readiness according to recipes, procedures, and established standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas. * Receive, store, and manage supplies, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations. * Assist in plating and timely dispatch of orders. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Collaborate on other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
