Commitment to continuous professional development. **The Role** Wood Colombia is seeking a Technical/Tech Associate in Design with experience in engineering projects within the Oil \& Gas sector to join its team as a Process Designer. Work locations: Bogota / Barrancabermeja / Cartagena / Villavicencio; proficiency with tools such as: Smartplant \- AutoCAD 2D/3D\-smart sketch **Our Clients and Projects** Designing the future. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. **Requirements:** * Proficiency with the Smartplant platform \- Smart P\&ID, AutoCAD 2D/3D\-smart sketch * Knowledge of design development for conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering in energy and Oil \& Gas projects. * Desirable experience in refining projects and/or projects with WOOD / ECP. * 5 to 10 years of general and specific experience with Smartplant * Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Special Data Sheets * Microsoft Office. * Experience in the Oil \& Gas sector. **Desirable:** * Teamwork * Communication and active listening * Initiative * Attention to detail * Results-oriented mindset Wood is a global leader in consultancy and engineering, helping solve critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
