At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what we are passionate about and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and duties** * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the efficient and reliable flow of data from various sources to our data warehouse. * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Perform data modeling and database design to optimize data storage and retrieval. * Implement data validation and quality processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Monitor and troubleshoot data systems and pipelines to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. * Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and data engineering best practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience as a data engineer or similar role. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala). * Experience with data modeling and database design principles. * Familiarity with ETL tools and processes. * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
