**Job Description:** A leading Legal and Tax Consulting Firm is seeking to add a Systems Analyst to its team who has a strong interest in developing a broad learning curve. The candidate must be willing to work with a variety of alternative programs and company-specific tools. **REQUIREMENTS** \-Professional in systems engineering, final semesters or recent graduate. **KNOWLEDGE:** Basic knowledge in software development using the following languages: * Java. * Python. * JavaScript. * Oracle. * MySQL. * MongoDB. * PostgreSQL. Additionally, it is essential to have knowledge in managing: * Networks: TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN. * Operating systems: Windows, Linux, Unix. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables and macro development). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Configuration of equipment, networks, and structured cabling of the firm. * Maintain updated inventory and security configuration of equipment. * Supervise and develop information security solutions (Cybersecurity). * Provide support and assistance to office staff for any computer equipment or internet access failures. * Administer and configure the firm's various platforms (Google Workspace, Monday.com, Make.com, among others) according to the needs of each work team. * Actively participate in the implementation, maintenance, and integration of current and/or new systems. * Prepare and develop an audit plan for the firm's systems. * Identify, propose, and develop system improvements and adoption of best practices that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm's operations. * Train staff on the proper use of software and best practices. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer system development and infrastructure maintenance. * Web and mobile application programming. * Database management. * Installation and configuration of email servers. * Hardware and software maintenance. **Skills:** \-Attention to detail \-Problem-solving \-Communication skills \-Teamwork \-Ability to lead work teams **We Offer:** * Salary: 2,500,000 * Contract type: Permanent * Great potential for professional growth * Work from Monday to Friday * Continuous training Position type: Full-time
