Maintenance of cleanliness and order of equipment A reputable production company is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support operations in the company cafeteria, performing the following duties: Participate in food preparation, following immediate supervisor's instructions regarding portion sizes, ingredient quantities, preparation methods, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment to be used. Serve food in accordance with established procedures and standards. Maintain work equipment and utensils—including tableware, cutlery, porcelain, dining and kitchen tools, stoves, cooktops, etc.—in good condition regarding cleanliness, order, and maintenance, as well as other items required for job tasks. Preference, though not mandatory, is given to candidates holding a current food handling certification and possessing cash register operation knowledge. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday availability. Workplace: On-site employment
