We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** with certified one-year experience in food preparation, preferably within ICBF institutions, and knowledge of washing, disinfection, thawing, cooking, preservation, mixing, serving, dishwashing at various stages, labeling, refrigerator temperature monitoring, and completion of documentation forms. A food handling certificate issued no more than one year ago is desirable.
