




Job Summary: Responsible for food production and service (hot and/or cold kitchen) following menus and procedures, including preparation and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food production and service according to menu and recipes 2. Preparation of ingredients, utensils, and equipment 3. Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness * Produce and serve food (hot and/or cold kitchen) according to the menu, standard recipes, established procedures, and guidelines from the Administrative Directorate. * Prepare ingredients (mise en place), utensils, and equipment for food preparation and service. * Clean and sanitize the kitchen, equipment, and utensils used in food preparation.
