Prior experience in this role within a restaurant setting is mandatory, along with knowledge of portion control, menu planning, cleaning, sanitation and disinfection of areas, hot and cold kitchen operations, preparation of special menus according to requirements, pre-preparation, cleaning and disinfection of areas, and experience coordinating with health department inspections.
