




A leading healthcare company specializing in elderly care requires personnel for the position of Kitchen and General Services Assistant, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurants (kitchen skills for preparing meals for over 200 people). Prior experience in this role within a restaurant setting is mandatory, along with knowledge of portion control, menu planning, cleaning, sanitation and disinfection of areas, hot and cold kitchen operations, preparation of special menus according to requirements, pre-preparation, cleaning and disinfection of areas, and experience coordinating with health department inspections. Applicants must possess a high school diploma and hold a food handling certification. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: COP $1,423,500 plus transportation allowance and statutory benefits.
