**Position Name** Support Operator **About the role:** Operate the semi-automatic stacking machine and perform manual stacking of toilet paper and kitchen towels, meeting safety, quality, and production standards. This includes recording and analyzing events using the tools and methodologies assigned by the company to contribute to achieving production goals and improvement plans. **What you will do:** SAFETY: * Verify the guarding of your assigned equipment and/or machine at the beginning and end of each shift, completing both physical and digital forms. * Report and inform any anomalies related to the machine and/or work area that may affect your safety, the machine, or your team. * Carry out operational activities based on safety standards such as JSA/JSP risk matrices and operation manuals. * Actively participate in the I Care culture. * Perform BOS reports in Gensuite based on critical JSA items from operations. * Report unsafe conditions in Gensuite. * Execute the CIL for your assigned equipment and/or machine, emphasizing both cleaning and inspection phases. * Generate safety alerts as required. * Maintain an organized and clean work area according to 5'S standards. QUALITY * Inspect the product according to technical specifications and required attributes. * Verify and complete quality checks according to your workstation requirements. * Verify and complete CL checks for your assigned equipment and/or machine, reporting any out-of-range variables. * Ensure product quality as it passes through your assigned equipment and/or machine by applying the TAMU standard. * Report and provide information regarding any variability or non-conformity in raw materials or consumables used by your machine and/or equipment; stop the process if necessary. * Conduct failure analyses related to losses affecting finished product quality. COSTS * Remove, report, and organize waste generated by your machine and/or equipment. * Report any overconsumption or waste of consumables used by your machine and/or equipment. * Participate and engage in improvements focused on process savings. PRODUCTION * Operate your assigned machine and/or equipment properly according to defined speed and performance metrics to achieve the line's ME. * Perform format changes on your machine and/or equipment according to standard procedures. * Calibrate and adjust the process according to the production format. * Responsible for keeping peripherals and common areas clean (sorgatos, trash, cardboard, plastic). * Record all corresponding stoppages of your machine and/or equipment in PLAIN. * Actively participate and execute all aspects of the TPM methodology (folders, cards, alerts, LUP'S, CIL RLS, boards, failure analysis, etc.).
