A food laboratory with nutritional purposes is seeking to integrate into its team a Food Engineer or Pharmaceutical Chemist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in solid food production processes (tablets, hard capsules, soft capsules, and powders), with knowledge in the areas of production, quality, and product development. Requirements * Professional degree in Food Engineering or Pharmaceutical Chemistry * Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality and/or production leadership roles * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and INVIMA regulations * Manufacturing processes for tablets, capsules, and powders * Management of production teams and document control * Leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability Main Functions * Serve as Technical Director before INVIMA and regulatory agencies * Lead and supervise plant production operations * Ensure quality and compliance with BPM in all processes * Coordinate and manage production personnel * Develop, review, and maintain technical and quality documentation * Propose and implement improvements in production processes Working Conditions * Salary: $3.150.000 COP + statutory benefits * Contract type: Fixed-term, renewable based on performance * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. * Work location: Terminal Terrestre de Carga, Autopista Medellín Km 3.5 – vía Siberia, Bogotá.
