GRODCO Ingenieros Civiles S.A.S. requires an **Assistant Construction Engineer** to support the execution of the project for the **improvement and maintenance of roads located in the municipality of Riohacha, in the department of La Guajira**, providing technical support for civil works activities on roads and assisting in project supervision. Main responsibilities * Support the supervision of civil works activities on roads. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and construction procedures. * Support quantity control of works and progress monitoring. * Prepare records, technical reports, and construction documentation. * Support coordination among work fronts and the technical team. Mandatory requirements * **Academic qualification:** Civil Engineer and/or Transportation and Roads Engineer, holding a **valid professional license**. **General experience:** Minimum **two (2) years**, counted between the date of issuance of the professional license card and the closing date of this procurement process. **Specific experience (cumulative):** Minimum **one (1) year of cumulative experience**, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license card up to the closing date of this procurement process, in **either of the following options or through the combined total of both**: * Professional practice in **government entities** as an executive-level professional and/or advisor and/or manager and/or professional and/or contractor providing services, provided that such practice involved activities related to **CIVIL WORKS ON ROADS**. * Professional practice in the **private sector**, as a **resident engineer and/or resident supervisor**, in projects related to **CIVIL WORKS ON ROADS**.
