Main Responsibilities \* Support the tire retreading process (buffing, repair, building, and vulcanizing). \* Operate production area machinery and tools. \* Inspect tires to verify condition and quality. \* Comply with industrial safety and quality standards. \* Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing the work area. \* Maintain order and cleanliness in the plant. Requirements \* High school diploma (preferred). \* Minimum 6 months of experience in production, manufacturing, or operational roles. \* Experience in tires, mechanics, or the industrial sector is preferred. \* Positive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. \* Availability for shift work.
