Position Summary: We are seeking a CNC Lathe Operator with technical or technological training to program, machine, and inspect parts, ensuring quality and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Direct work with the company in a stable position Position: CNC Lathe Operator **Required Education:** Technical or technological education in fields such as Machining, Industrial Maintenance, or Industrial Machinery Programming, or specialized courses in CNC and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing). **Minimum Experience:** * 2 years in a production plant. * 1 year of specific experience as an operator of conventional lathes and/or conventional milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC machining centers. Main responsibilities include: interpreting technical data for programming and machining parts; receiving and verifying materials; preparing equipment and tools; determining machining sequences and parameters; controlling and recording dimensions and times; and performing operations on assigned machines while complying with established quality standards and deadlines. Additionally, the operator will deliver parts to the welding department according to acceptance criteria and report progress, improvements, issues, and maintenance needs to the Area Coordinator. Working Conditions: Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work Location: Funza, Cundinamarca.
