Job Summary: Lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise applications on Azure using .NET and React, following agile methodologies and DevOps practices, while supervising teams and managing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the design and development of enterprise applications on Azure. 2. Supervises development teams and coordinates agile projects. 3. Defines cloud-native and data architectures on Azure. **OBJECTIVE** Lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise applications on Azure, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using .NET and React technologies, under agile methodologies and DevOps practices with CI/CD in Azure DevOps. DESCRIPTION Supervise the development team and coordinate the preparation of project scopes, estimates, and technical documentation. Conduct client meetings to gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Plan and execute sprints, agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and task assignments to the development team. Supervise pull requests, code reviews, and track team assignments for incident response and resolution. Participate in change advisory boards with clients, approve deployments, and coordinate production releases. Provide technical support to clients, resolve architecture-related queries, and assist the Level 3 incident response team. Lead data architecture and database design in Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and other Azure data services. Analyze and propose cloud-native architectures that meet client requirements for scalability, security, and performance. Design application architecture considering microservices, RESTful APIs, design patterns, and development best practices. Implement and promote Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and DevOps practices across all development projects. Comply with organizational quality, security, regulatory, and development standards. Define application architecture on Azure using services such as App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and select appropriate patterns. Develop architecture diagrams (C4, UML, component diagrams) clearly representing the solution, its integrations, and Azure infrastructure.
