You will provide administrative support and coordinate operational activities within the department, ensuring efficient operations and accurate recordkeeping. **Responsibilities:** * Register relevant unloading information in the WMS, including SKUs, quantities, expiration dates, batches, damages, and status. * Schedule appointments for customers or suppliers. * Notify operations of special instructions for shipments and receipts, including sample segregation. Support the creation of master codes and formats for customers and items. * **Requirements:** * University student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving reception or administrative support. * Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases administration. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
