S., a company specialized in the maintenance of electric rotating equipment, we are seeking a committed, responsible, and service-oriented HSEQ and Quality Assistant to support Human Resources, Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality management processes within our technical and industrial operations. The purpose of this position is to strengthen the Integrated Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, personnel safety, and excellence in service delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (HSEQ and Quality) according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. Monitor performance indicators related to Human Resources, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits. Control and update SIG documentation: procedures, forms, manuals, and records. Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and environmental management programs. Support employee induction, training, and workplace wellness activities. Maintain document control of resumes, contracts, medical exams, and PPE distribution. Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, ensuring effective closure of corrective actions. Assist in preparing management reports, statistics, and performance indicators. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical or technological degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Talent Management, Quality Management, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles, preferably in the industrial or electrical sector. **Knowledge:** Current SST regulations (Decree 1072/2015, Resolution 0312/2019). ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. Hiring processes, employee welfare, and human development.
