This position is for SUPPLA CARGO S A S. **Role Description** ----------------------- Perform operational activities related to warehousing and movement of goods—including loading, unloading, placement, transfer, and preparation of products—by safely and appropriately operating forklifts, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, productivity standards, and safety regulations. **Requirements** -------------- * High school diploma. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Minimum one year of experience operating forklifts, preferably in distribution centers, warehouses, or logistics operations. * Experience in loading, unloading, warehousing, placement, and movement of goods. * Basic knowledge of inventory processes and goods handling. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to perform operational tasks and collaborate effectively in teams. * Attention to detail, responsibility, organization, and commitment to compliance. * Adherence to safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and established procedures. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Operate forklifts safely and responsibly in accordance with established procedures. * Perform loading, unloading, and transfer of goods within operations. * Carry out placement and repositioning of goods in assigned locations. * Move goods according to process instructions. * Support picking, packing, warehousing, and dispatch activities as required. * Inspect the condition of goods during handling activities and report any anomalies. * Assist with inventory processes, stock counts, and goods organization. * Ensure proper storage and preservation of products. * Promptly report any damage, malfunction, discrepancy, or anomaly identified in goods. * Meet established productivity standards for the process. * Maintain organized work areas free of unsafe conditions. * Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections before commencing activities. * Immediately report any forklift malfunction or unsafe condition. * Comply with safety regulations, operational procedures, and established SHE guidelines. * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. * Participate in inventories, improvement initiatives, and other required operational tasks. * Adhere to assigned schedules and shifts. * Follow instructions from the operations leader or coordinator. * Collaborate effectively with warehousing, inventory, picking, and dispatch teams.
