




We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Analyst with excellent communication skills, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, empathetic, and efficient service. **Requirements:** Technical or Technologist degree in International Trade, marketing, social communication, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service areas Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel Ability to handle customers over the phone and provide excellent customer service. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Attention to detail and analytical capacity. **Main Responsibilities:** · Coordination and follow-up with customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp · Updating customer databases · Drafting letters and sending official communications regarding cancellation and suspension of certificates · Preparing and issuing commercial offers for new customers · Issuing certificates of compliance. · Preparing proforma invoices. · Preparing manual certificates · Portfolio management · Timely handling of complaints, claims, requests, and internal customer inquiries · Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Working conditions: \- Permanent contract. \- Salary \+ statutory benefits \+ transportation allowance (paid biweekly) \- 100% on-site in Bogotá.
