Primary Job Objective Provide first-level support for company applications, manage basic incidents and requests, ensure operational continuity of systems, and escalate cases requiring advanced technical analysis in a timely manner. Register, classify, and manage incidents and requests in the helpdesk tool. Provide first-level user support for company applications. Perform basic system validations for initial incident diagnosis. Execute basic database queries for information verification (where applicable). Timely escalate cases requiring technical analysis to the Level 2 (MID) team. Track incidents until closure. Document basic solutions and procedures. Support simple functional testing when required. Assist users in using applications. Meet defined response time requirements (SLA). Requirements: Education: Technical or technological degree, or final-semester student in Systems Engineering or related field. Additional Knowledge: Basic proficiency in enterprise applications. Ticket registration and management. SQL. Helpdesk tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). Basic/intermediate Excel. Basic operating system knowledge. Fundamental concepts of enterprise applications.
