**Position Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring that all aspects of each project are considered. This position requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Estimator will play a crucial role in helping our company maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profitability. **Responsibilities** Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. Research and evaluate costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for projects. Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs and potential risks associated with projects. Review and adjust estimates based on changes in project scope or market conditions. Maintain a database of past estimates to improve the accuracy of future ones. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members throughout the estimation process. **Experience** Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry (preferred). Strong mathematical skills with proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making informed decisions. Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure estimation accuracy. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information to stakeholders.
