PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION: Drive the application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to generate actionable business insights across markets and functions. Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive models that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics * Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) * Experience with Power BI and data storytelling * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) KNOWLEDGE & SOFT SKILLS: * Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling * Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders * Strong data storytelling skills, with a clear focus on connecting analytics to business impact * Comfortable communicating technical concepts in simple, business-relevant terms * Strategic thinker and collaborative mindset, capable of working with both technical and commercial teams * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously * Attention to detail, accuracy, and rigor in analysis * Experience implementing analytics projects or processes * People management experience is a plus * Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus * Passionate about leveraging AI to drive business impact AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
