Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in Industrial Engineering or related fields, expert in advanced SQL, large database analysis, BI, and AI to optimize operational processes and generate financial impact. Propose and implement AI-based automations Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. Required Technical Profile Advanced SQL (complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, view creation). Experience analyzing large-volume databases. Building analytical models. Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or others). Experience in operational process optimization. Experience implementing AI-based solutions in operations. Main Responsibilities 1. Extraction and analysis of operational data Build SQL queries to extract information from databases. Create views and structures enabling analysis of large volumes of information. Consolidate information from multiple sources (CRM, logs, and SQL databases). Identify patterns, deviations, bottlenecks, and operational risks. Quantify the financial impact of findings. Transform analyses into actionable insights with impact on KPIs and business outcomes. 2. Implementation of improvements Lead operational process optimization projects. Coordinate with product and technology teams to adjust developments. Propose and implement automations based on data analysis and AI tools. Validate that implemented solutions generate real impact on operations. Success Metrics Savings or efficiencies generated ($). Improvement in operational metrics (DSO, cycle times, productivity).
