




Position Summary: Support integrated HSEQ management by participating in risk identification, activity planning, and monitoring of targets for the Integrated Management System. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in integrated HSEQ management 2. Support in identifying and controlling OSH and road safety risks 3. Contribution to achieving the Integrated Management System objectives 1\. Participate with HSEQ team members in developing the Integrated Management System Work Plan. 2\. Support risk identification, hazard assessment, and determination of controls for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and road safety; develop and update the HSEQ-FM-73 Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Matrix and the HSEQ-FM-55 Road Safety Matrix (under guidance from the HSEQ Coordinator) for all company processes. 3\. Contribute to planning general activities required to implement the company’s HSEQ Work Plan. 4\. Propose action plans to achieve the Integrated Management System’s goals and objectives. 5\. Support monitoring performance against the Integrated Management System’s goals and objectives. 6\. Participate with HSEQ team members in developing the Environmental Work Plan to meet the Integrated Management System’s objectives and targets, as well as other customer requirements. 7\. Maintain up-to-date matrices for training courses, vaccinations, occupational medical examinations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) allocation. 8\. Report personnel course expirations to the Procurement Department for renewal. 9\. Deliver and record PPE distribution (including boot marking). 10\. Deliver archived documents managed by the HSEQ Department to the Human Talent Department upon employee departure. 11\. Deliver and record PPE issued to personnel. 12\. Conduct monthly restroom inspections jointly with General Services staff. 13\. Mark vehicle tires when new or retreaded. 14\. Verify completion of pre-operational checks and vehicle first-aid kit inspections prior to dispatch. 15\. Support monthly reporting to the SISI PESV system. 16\. Design campaigns and training related to the Integrated Management System (IMS). 17\. With support from the Operations and Logistics Assistant, verify GPS functionality; vehicles with non-functioning GPS must be reported to Don Carlos to arrange technician intervention and SIM card replacement.
