Production Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Supervise daily production, ensure regulatory compliance, assign tasks, and guarantee quality and operational efficiency in the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Daily production program supervision and compliance. 2. Quality control, industrial safety, and environmental regulations compliance. 3. Support in maintenance, on-site training, and productivity reporting. Supervise compliance with the daily production schedule. Verify the operational status of equipment and machinery before shift start. Assign tasks to operational staff according to the production schedule. Monitor proper use of raw materials and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial safety, and environmental regulations. Verify accurate completion of records and forms. Support preventive maintenance of production equipment. Report process deviations or incidents to the Coordinator. Promote order and cleanliness in the plant. Support on-site training for new operational staff. Generate shift-based production progress reports. Maintain constant communication with the immediate supervisor to ensure efficient workflow. Complete assigned tasks on time and as required. Verify line startup and shutdown according to the schedule. Measure and report productivity per line/shift. Execute and ensure compliance with the assigned production plan. Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Verify compliance with in-process quality standards. Report inconsistencies to Quality or Maintenance as appropriate. Support identification of findings or non-conformities. Supervise waste segregation according to environmental guidelines. Validate availability of inputs prior to each batch. Record all relevant events in shift logbooks. Monitor active breaks and adherence to scheduled hours. Support plant induction for new or rotating personnel. Reinforce adherence to established timeframes for each process. Participate in scheduled operational meetings.
