Your mission is to ensure an exceptional guest experience through cleaning, organizing, and maintaining optimal presentation of assigned rooms and areas, delivering comprehensive, timely, and high-quality service that contributes to guest satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Cleaning, disinfection, and organization of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Timely reporting of damages or maintenance requirements. Attentive and courteous response to guest requests. Guest reception and hotel check-in. Ongoing communication with the front desk and operational team. Desired Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel housekeeper or in similar roles. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual.
