We are looking for a committed, analytical, and organized **Accounting Assistant** who will contribute to the development of the organization’s accounting and tax processes, ensuring timely and reliable recording of financial information in accordance with current regulations.
Required Profile
Academic Background
* Student in the final semesters of Public Accounting.
Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience performing duties related to accounting, accounts payable, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and update third parties in the JD Edwards system.
* Review and record accounts payable, purchase orders, and service orders.
* Perform accounting accruals and accounts payable reconciliations.
* Review expense legalizations and petty cash.
* Prepare bank reconciliations.
* Manage inventory, fixed assets, and accounts receivable processes.
* Support monthly accounting closings.
* Record accounting information in the Softland system.
* Maintain the accounting file up to date.
* Support requirements from the Chief Accountant.
* Comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
