Job Summary: Technical or technological professional responsible for organizing, classifying, and managing information and archival materials while maintaining updated records and databases. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and classification of archival materials 2. Operation of information capture systems 3. Maintenance of classified records and databases RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Sort, classify, code, index, and digitize all information and archive materials according to guidelines related to content, purpose, user criteria, chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order, regulations, and technical procedures. \-Operate information capture systems and facilitate required documents. \-Maintain classified records, databases, and access lists for submitted and removed materials in accordance with technical procedures. \-Provide information about archived materials in compliance with technical procedures and regulations. \-Prepare and maintain indexes and identification labels for folder contents to support classification systems. REQUIREMENTS: Academic Level: Technical or technological degree in Archival Science or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 years in related positions involving archival management. SALARY CONDITIONS: Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary Allocation: Current Legal Minimum Wage \+ Extra-legal Mobility Allowance of $ 5\.500 per working day. Payroll Payment: Biweekly, via agreement with Bancolombia. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract, directly with the company. Work Location: Medellín Highway Km 2\.4 \- Warehouse 10 and 11 (Industrial and Commercial Logistics Complex CLIC 80\), Cota, Cundinamarca. Position Type: Full-time. Work Modality: On-site employment
