




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring optimal operation of physical infrastructure and machinery by performing comprehensive maintenance and repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for comprehensive maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. 2. Leads the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 3. Fault diagnosis, repairs, and continuous improvement of facilities. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the proper functioning of physical (facilities) infrastructure and all company equipment and machinery. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for industrial machinery, equipment, and systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC). Perform comprehensive facilities repairs: electrical installations, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry. Diagnose technical faults, repair equipment, and maintain intervention records (logs and reports). Plan maintenance routines in coordination with operations to minimize downtime. Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and workshop supplies. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and machinery to identify needs and propose improvements.
