We are looking for operational staff to administer and process recoverable materials at a collection center. Education: Primary school Main Responsibilities Sorting and Processing: Collect, sort, and destroy materials (plastic, metal, cardboard, glass) according to type. Industrial Operations: Operate compactors, grinders, and polishers for waste transformation and reduction. Logistics and Weighing: Perform material weighing, record productivity, organize pallets, and assist in loading for evacuation. Technical Control: Complete machinery checklists, report malfunctions, and participate in periodic inventories. Cargo Handling: Operate forklifts to move bales and pallets (certification required). Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and order at the collection center and with work equipment. Requirements and Conditions Profile: Ability to operate industrial machinery and perform technical waste classification. Salary: $1.750.905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.).
