




A company located in Bogotá, engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of cleaning and disinfection products, is seeking an HR Assistant with the following requirements: **Requirements:** **Academic background:** Technician or technologist degree in Human Resources-related fields. **Minimum experience:** 1 year in positions related to Human Resources. **Knowledge:** * Recruitment processes (job posting, candidate profiling, and recruitment). * Familiarity with termination procedures. * Management of sick leave recovery and accounts receivable reconciliation. * General archiving for the Human Resources department. * Distribution of work uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Organization and promotion of wellness activities. * Basic Excel proficiency. A committed and proactive individual capable of contributing expertise to the aforementioned processes and other HR-related activities. **We offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:48 p.m. * Work location: Bogotá (100% on-site) * Salary: COP $1,423,500 + non-statutory allowance of COP $200,000 starting from the 4th payroll. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support personnel selection processes. * Support sick leave recovery, uniform distribution, and PPE provision. * Contribute to wellness activities. * Perform administrative tasks related to the Human Resources department. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation. **Desired Competencies:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
