Motoplásticos Speed Hard S.A.S is seeking an Injection Operator who is responsible, committed, and willing to learn various production processes within the company. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized individual with a positive attitude and adaptability, eager to grow and develop new skills in the plastic injection area. **Responsibilities** * Operate plastic injection machines, ensuring proper functionality throughout the production process. * Prepare and install molds according to production requirements. * Verify the quality of produced parts, identifying flash, deformations, or defects. * Perform basic adjustments of injection parameters under supervision. * Meet production deadlines and report any anomalies or equipment failures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, as well as proper handling of tools and molds. * Complete production records, time tracking, and consumption logs. * Support additional activities in the production area when necessary. * Comply with industrial safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in injection processes or similar production areas (not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued). **Knowledge in:** * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation or manufacturing processes (desirable). * Ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks with attention to detail. * Proactive, organized attitude and strong willingness to work collaboratively. * Adaptability to different tasks and shifts. * Strict adherence to industrial safety standards. * Immediate or short-term availability. **Working Conditions** * Salary: $1,423,500 + transportation allowance ($200,000) or negotiable based on experience. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, and Saturday as required. * Work location: Paloquemao Cra 20 #15-47, Bogotá. * Fixed-term contract for 1 year, with possibility of renewal based on performance.
