You will be responsible for securely and efficiently managing client finances, serving as the primary point of contact for payment-related matters. This role enables you to make a real difference in a collaborative and supportive environment. In this position, you will manage client accounts, ensuring timely collection and disbursement of funds. You will monitor financial metrics, resolve payment issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow. You will use reporting tools to monitor balances and ensure regulatory compliance. Your work will directly contribute to the financial health of our clients and the success of our team. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Handle client payments securely and efficiently. * Monitor financial metrics such as debt and funding. * Resolve payment issues with clients and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree and experience in reinsurance or credit control. * Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 conversational level). * Detail-oriented with ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
