In this role, you will support portfolio collections management and monitoring of external agencies, ensuring indicator control, proper execution of operational processes, and quality of assigned operations. This role represents an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in collections, learn about agency management, and strengthen your analytical, operational, and coordination skills—with real impact on business results. **Operational Collections Management** * Support daily tracking of collection results versus plan. * Update and monitor key performance indicators (collections, recoveries, turnover, etc.). * Identify deviations and promptly alert the team. * Support implementation of tactical actions on the assigned portfolio. **Monitoring of External Collection Agencies** * Support monitoring of external agencies’ performance. * Update rankings and key management indicators. * Track compliance with commitments and action plans. * Serve as the operational point of contact with agencies. **Quality Control and Compliance** * Support monitoring of agencies’ quality score (QA). * Record and provide visibility into claims attributable to external operations. * Support tracking of operational or regulatory incidents. * Verify compliance with defined guidelines and processes. **Support for Collections Strategies** * Support implementation of collections strategies defined by the team. * Measure basic outcomes and impact on collections. * Provide operational support for pilot tests or new initiatives. * Participate in adoption of analytical and automation tools. **Analysis and Reporting** * Prepare operational reports within defined timelines. * Update databases and control dashboards. * Generate early warnings of potential portfolio risks. * Support comparative analysis between budgets and actual results. **Continuous Improvement and Learning** * Propose simple improvements to operational processes. * Document incidents, rework, and improvement opportunities. * Adopt defined best practices for operations. * Progressively learn about agency management and strategic collections. * Professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Entry-level experience preferred (internships or 1–2 years) in collections, operations, back office, customer service, or operational analysis. * Prior experience managing agencies (preferred but not required) * English proficiency (basic or intermediate) (preferred but not required) * Analytical capability and attention to detail. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Clear communication and collaborative attitude. * Basic / intermediate Excel proficiency. * Aptitude for working with reports and data.
