Job Summary: Credicorp Capital is seeking an Associate for Credit Risk to support and execute credit and counterparty risk management through analysis, monitoring, and control of exposures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Credit and Counterparty Risk. 2. Participate in the design of risk policies and models. 3. We are currently seeking a **Credit Risk Associate** for our Financial Corporation. **What will be your purpose?** Support and execute Credit and Counterparty Risk management through analysis, monitoring, and control of exposures, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and the organization’s defined risk appetite. **Main challenges of the role:** * Ensure compliance with the commercial portfolio reference model and regulations issued by the Colombian Financial Superintendence (SFC). * Participate in the design and monitoring of credit and counterparty risk policies, methodologies, and models. * Analyze customer credit and monitor internal and regulatory limits. * Prepare exposure reports and statements for governance bodies. * Support the business in new products, evaluating their impact on credit risk. **Who are we looking for?** * Professionals in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related areas (preferred). * Over 5 years of experience in credit risk within the financial sector. * Solid knowledge of the regulatory framework (SIAR, Decree 2555, SFC’s commercial portfolio reference model). * Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL / R / Python) is preferred. * Advanced English proficiency is preferred. **Why Credicorp Capital?** Because we are a strong regional organization with high technical standards, a focus on sustainability and responsible risk management, and opportunities to generate real impact in a challenging and highly professional environment. **Are you interested in being part of this challenge?** Apply now and join a team that creates value through technical rigor and excellence.
