At J\&F Global Net, we are searching for our next Executive Director with a Financial, Commercial, and Analytical Focus. **Purpose of the Role** To lead the company, ensuring profitability, commercial growth, and financial control through strategic management based on data analysis and informed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Financial Leadership * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial control. * Manage cash flow and working capital. * Analyze financial statements and implement concrete actions. * Develop and monitor financial KPIs (margin, EBITDA, ROI). 2\. Commercial Management * Lead achievement of sales targets. * Analyze commercial performance (by customer, channel, product). * Identify growth opportunities based on data. 3\. Analytical and Data-Driven Management * Design and monitor organization-wide KPIs. * Build reports and dashboards for decision-making. * Automate financial and commercial reporting. * Analyze business trends, variances, and alerts. Mandatory Tools * Advanced Excel (MANDATORY): o Pivot tables o Financial and logical functions o Database handling o Financial modeling * Power BI (MANDATORY): o Dashboard creation o Data modeling o Indicator visualization o Real-time KPI tracking 4\. Team Leadership * Lead administrative, commercial, and operational teams. * Monitor performance using KPIs and results. * Make decisions based on performance evaluations. 5\. Operational Management * Optimize internal processes. * Ensure operational efficiency. * Align departments with commercial objectives. 6\. Outsourcing Management * Supervise strategic vendors. * Measure vendor performance using KPIs. 7\. Reporting and Governance * Deliver clear reports to the CEO and shareholders. * Translate data into strategic decisions. **Candidate Profile** Education: * Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. * Preferred: specialization or MBA. Experience: * 4+ years of experience. * 3+ years leading teams. * Experience in: o Finance (mandatory) o Commercial (highly preferred) o Data analysis (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
