Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Junior IT Technician with experience in user support and equipment maintenance, and a strong service orientation to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience in user support, equipment maintenance, and a service-oriented mindset, this opportunity is for you. Academic Requirements: Technical degree in Systems, Technical Support, or related fields. Proficiency in computer tools. Experience: 1 to 3 years in equivalent or similar positions. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment and devices. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and failures. Document and track incidents, requests, and implemented solutions. Participate in projects for the implementation of new technologies and systems. Support the IT team in continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the IT process. Comply with functions established by law, the employment contract, the internal work regulations, and other directives issued by the employer. Working Conditions: Work Mode: On-site. Working hours: Monday to Friday. One Saturday every fifteen (15\) days. Salary: To be agreed upon. Contract Type: Indefinite-term.
