Minimum 6 months of experience in food preparation is required, preferably in food courts located in shopping malls. Knowledge of food prepping, fast meal and beverage preparation, fryer, griddle, and sandwich press operation, as well as product rotation and labeling, inventory control, and proper handling of supplies and portioning.
