




Job Summary: Ensure the procurement of raw materials at optimal economic conditions and quality standards through excellent service and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the negotiation and procurement of raw materials. 2. Support in cost optimization and international logistics management. 3. Supplier management and continuous improvement in procurement processes. **MISSION / PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Ensure the procurement of raw materials according to the company’s needs, under the best economic conditions and quality standards, in compliance with corporate and local guidelines, through the provision of excellent service and appropriate communication. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:** * Support the negotiation and procurement of raw materials for the Division, IBU, and/or Key Customer Accounts assigned. * Generate and send national or imported purchase orders to suppliers, based on the planning order and approval by the Procurement Manager/Head. * Prepare and attend supplier meetings and produce respective minutes. * Support business units in estimating costs for new imported products, seeking optimization options through consolidation and international logistics management. * Monitor delivery of local and international purchase orders. * Conduct annual supplier evaluations in accordance with established procedures. * ODM (Opportunity for Improvement) management. * Supplier evaluation and creation in the system. * Generally support maintaining the KPIs stipulated by the department. **QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum three years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain within the chemical and raw materials sector is mandatory.
