At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in managing and optimizing our databases—helping leaders across various functions make informed decisions. This role is critical to ensuring information is up-to-date, consolidated, and ready for presentation to managers and key teams. **How You’ll Make an Impact** In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between data and strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include: * Maintaining and enhancing databases, macros, and files to ensure efficiency and accuracy. * Providing technical support to users across different locations in handling files and databases. * Updating external information for the development of managerial reports and enterprise databases. * Processing files related to payments and quotations. * Creating new databases and reports based on team needs. * Consolidating information from diverse sources to generate strategic reports. * Managing and optimizing macros designed to consolidate enterprise data. * Collaborating with leaders from areas such as mechanical risk, engineering, and psychosocial health to support the presentation of key data. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where assertive communication and responsiveness are essential to coordinating with multiple leaders and delivering high-quality results. **About You** We seek individuals passionate about data and technology, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, and VBA). * Experience in data modeling and integrating information from multiple Excel files. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Preferred: Familiarity with Power Pivot and occupational health and safety systems. * 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or related fields, managing databases and improving their performance. * Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines. * Assertive communication skills to coordinate with multiple leaders and present information to managers. * Availability to work onsite in Chía.
