The role will be responsible for technical project configuration, data validation and alignment, project controls support, team training, and standardization of InEight usage across different regions. The position works closely with Project Managers, Discipline Leaders, and Project Controls teams, ensuring proper integration between InEight, Primavera P6, ERP, and reporting tools within an international, multi-time-zone environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Experience in project controls, engineering, or project management support. * Practical knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. * Understanding of cost structures, project scheduling, and data transformation. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with structured datasets. * Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones and in global environments. * Prior experience with the InEight platform is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1\), mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Configure and standardize projects in InEight, ensuring data quality and alignment. * Integrate schedules and budgets between InEight, Primavera P6, and ERP. * Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Monitor forecasts, progress, and Earned Value. * Train and support project teams in adopting InEight within global environments. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote) / to be agreed with management based on responsibilities. * Annual performance reviews. * Climate surveys twice per year. * Opportunity to join a multinational company with high-quality standards and strong growth. * Possibility to participate in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * You may join our "Own It" program, enabling you to acquire shares of WSP Global through monthly payroll deductions and benefit from an additional 50% company contribution (subject to a defined maximum amount).
