We manufacture HD and PD solutions, disposables, intravenous solutions, and Biofine empty bags. Additionally, we distribute the full dialysis portfolio, including pharmaceuticals, dialyzers, blood lines, and dialysis machines. Our values guide how we work: * We care for our patients, each other, and our communities. * We connect teams and borders to deliver excellence together. * We commit to doing things right — growing with purpose and leading renal care with integrity and innovation. **Biofine Operator Technician** Location: Vía Siberia\-Funza, Intexzona Free Trade Zone, On-site **Key Responsibilities:** * Produce products in accordance with established documentation to achieve required quality standards. * Monitor proper use and maintenance of production facilities and equipment. * Supervise plant hygiene and complete Biofine area control forms. * Measure line cycle times and identify opportunities to reduce them for performance optimization. * Supervise all line operations, including yields, rejection trends, quality, and compliance. * Follow and execute production-related instructions, including in-process controls, ensuring strict adherence. * Schedule bag-forming changeovers based on bag inventory levels. * Maintain general cleanliness and order in the work area and plant. * Perform in-process controls during production and ensure their accurate recording in official documents; immediately report any situation or machine issue to the immediate supervisor upon detection of factors that may negatively affect product or material quality. * Enforce optimal time and motion standards in production processes and promptly report deviations. Execute daily operational and maintenance routines for the Biofine bag line, faithfully monitoring equipment station operating parameters (temperature, cycle times, pressure), as these serve as indicators for identifying process changes; likewise, verify expiration dates and timely request spare parts and supplies for equipment requiring them. **Requirements:** 1\. Technician or Technologist in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. 2\. Knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, and industrial instrumentation. 3\.
