




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bartender Assistant for a gourmet company with grilling experience, responsible for preparing the bar area, serving beverages, and managing inventory. Participation in continuous improvement projects A well-known gourmet sector company located in Chapinero Alto, La Calera Road km 4.5, experts in grilling for over 39 years, requires the position of Bar Assistant, with the following specifications: **Main Responsibilities** Use and safeguard confidential information appropriately; foster positive interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers. Prepare the work area, verifying that all equipment, tools, and instruments are functioning properly; immediately report any malfunction to the Area Manager. Know and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations across all processes, and enforce compliance where required. Report punctually to the assigned work shift, maintaining impeccable personal appearance (clean, shaved, hair short or neatly tied), wearing full uniform and all required work tools (lighter, pens, corkscrew, order pads, and bar towel). Register daily attendance personally and in uniform in the payroll system. Do not wear any jewelry, including rings, piercings, bracelets, earrings, etc. Review inventory using the inventory form provided by the commissary and promptly notify the administrator of any anomalies. Be accountable for losses of tools, equipment, and materials under your responsibility. Prepare the drink of the day, considering inventory levels and product rotation. Begin service at the scheduled time, ensuring the bar is fully prepared for sales activity. Attend meetings scheduled by Management and other executive departments. Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and customer instructions. (See standard bar recipes) Serve customers seated at the bar courteously and attentively, listening and responding to their requests. Notify table assistants when they fail to notice an order has been dispatched. Receive daily bar requisitions by collecting orders from the commissary at the time designated by the commissary manager, and record deliveries in the inventory form. Record consumption using standard recipes and deduct quantities from the inventory form. Actively participate in developing and implementing the company’s continuous improvement projects (e.g., tenders, contracts, etc.). Ensure service adheres to service protocol standards (see attached Service Protocol). **Requirements:** Technical or technological degree in Gastronomy or Bartending, with minimum certified experience of 1 year. **Benefits:** Salary: $1,750,905 plus average tips of $400,000 Direct indefinite-term contract with the company Workplace: Chapinero Alto, km 4.5, La Calera Road Rotating shifts Opening shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Closing shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Work modality: On-site employment
