We operate over 1\.800 properties in vibrant destinations such as Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, and Spain, creating spaces that combine the comfort of a home with the experience of a boutique hotel. **About the Role** **Position: Growth\-Sales Analyst** We seek a professional with commercial, analytical, and coordination skills to contribute to the expansion of our portfolio through the identification, evaluation, and tracking of real estate opportunities. This role will be critical in supporting new unit acquisition processes, managing the commercial pipeline, and coordinating property onboarding, thereby driving Wynwood House’s sustainable growth. **Your Responsibilities** * Manage and track the real estate opportunities pipeline. * Analyze and validate potential properties for Wynwood \-House expansion. * Coordinate information and processes with internal teams and strategic partners. * Support negotiations and closing of new commercial opportunities. * Accompany new property onboarding, ensuring adherence to established milestones. * Prepare reports and KPIs for performance tracking and decision-making. * Participate in business growth and expansion initiatives. **What We’re Looking For** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in commercial roles, business development, growth, or the real estate sector. **Desired Knowledge** * Intermediate or advanced Excel. * CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar). * Data and business opportunity analysis. * English B1\. **Key Competencies** * Results orientation. * Analytical thinking. * Organization and follow-up. * Communication and teamwork. **What We Offer** \-Hybrid work model. \-Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and half-day Saturday. \-Service provision contract. \-Salary negotiable. * Opportunity for growth within an internationally expanding company.
