The position involves managing and leading technical teams, scheduling maintenance tasks, overseeing yard order and operations, and verifying compliance with the company's technical and operational standards. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within freight transportation companies. * Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics and tractor-trailer maintenance. * Leadership skills, assertive communication, and teamwork abilities. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and supervisory capability. * Focus on compliance with procedures, safety, and operational efficiency.
