Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Elicitation and Standardization Analyst with a technological focus to support the organization and structuring of information that will feed the development of an in-house ERP. Key Highlights: 1. Organize and structure operational information for the development of an ERP. 2. Transform operational processes into logical rules for the system. 3. Participation in a strategic digital transformation project. Multiherrajes S.A.S., a metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing hardware and structures, is building its own ERP for production, inventory, and cost management. We seek a Process Elicitation and Standardization Analyst with a technological and systems-oriented profile to support the organization and structuring of information feeding the system’s development. Main Responsibilities * Organize, clean, and structure operational information: bills of materials (BOM), manufacturing routings, times, consumption data, operation records, and historical data. * Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or unrealistic values in the data and propose corrections or supplementation. * Transform operational processes into clear logical rules, formulas, and specifications serving as input for ERP development. * Develop flowcharts, data schemas, and well-organized, version-controlled technical documentation. * Support advanced Excel usage, database logic, and basic SQL knowledge for queries, data cross-referencing, and reporting. * Translate shop-floor information into accessible technical language for the development team. Requirements * Technical, technological, or professional education in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. \[adjust level] * Experience in process elicitation, documentation, and standardization. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation and cleaning). * Database knowledge and basic SQL understanding. * Proficiency in process and data flow diagramming tools. Competencies * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Order, methodology, and documentation capability. * Clear communication between operational areas and technical teams. Desirable * Prior experience in the metal-mechanical or manufacturing sector. * Participation in ERP implementation or development projects.
