You will provide administrative support and coordinate the department’s operational activities, ensuring efficient operations and accurate recordkeeping. **Responsibilities:** * Register relevant unloading information in the WMS, such as SKUs, quantities, expiration dates, batches, damages, and status. * Schedule appointments for customers or suppliers. * Notify operations of special instructions for dispatches and receipts, including sample segregation. * Support the creation of master codes and formats for customers and items. **Requirements:** * University student majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving reception or administrative support. * Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases administration. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * WMS knowledge is desirable. **Key Skills:** * Attention to detail * Planning and organization * Results orientation * People management * Assertive communication Let's redefine the future of the cold chain in Latin America together!
