**HSEQ Inspector** Yumbo, Valle del Cauca Technical, technological, or professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields Experience: 1 to 2 years on construction or civil and/or electrical projects. **Job Description** A company in the sector requires an HSEQ Inspector to support the implementation, verification, and monitoring of the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System on projects located in Yumbo. The incumbent will be responsible for accompanying operational activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting safe practices within the work team. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct daily verification of compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements at the worksite. * Accompany high-risk activities and coordinate with construction fronts. * Carry out inspections, reporting, work permits, ASTs (Activity Safety Talks), and preventive controls. * Provide training and awareness-raising to personnel on HSEQ topics. * Record, report, and follow up on incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with the OSH Management System procedures. * Support documentation and updating of system matrices, records, and forms. * Liaise with contractors and supervise compliance with legal HSEQ requirements. **Requirements** * Technical, technological, or professional qualification in Occupational Safety and Health or related disciplines. * Valid Occupational Safety and Health license. * Valid Safe Work at Heights Coordinator course certificate (mandatory). * Valid 50-hour OSH Management System course certificate (mandatory). * Demonstrable experience in civil, electrical, or industrial construction. * Knowledge of current regulations and risk management.
