




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology and Support Engineer for a plastic surgery clinic, responsible for technical support, license administration, network management, and information security. Key Responsibilities: 1. First- and second-level technical support 2. Management of licenses and institutional accounts 3. Configuration and maintenance of internal networks A prominent plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic located in the north of Bogotá requires an IT TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPORT ENGINEER for its team, capable of providing first- and second-level technical support, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and corporate tool incidents; managing licenses and institutional accounts; administering hosting, domains, and SSL certificates; configuring and maintaining internal networks; and applying sound information security practices. * Minimum education: Technician or Professional in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum experience: At least (2\) years of verifiable experience in technical support, help desk, or basic IT infrastructure administration. * Knowledge of basic networking (IP, DHCP, DNS). \- Experience with hosting, corporate email, and SSL certificates. * Knowledge of software license administration. Basic knowledge of information security (access control, roles, antivirus). * Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and corporate office applications. * Preferred: ITIL certification, CCNA, or courses in technical support/networking.
